What did I learn from my first Camino? I learned how to get blisters, why its important to sleep, that the effects of Parkinsons medications intensify with altitude, heat and exercise...meaning I probably need to take less. Taxi drivers can be maniacs or sweathearts and sometimes both. The
bus has a different schedule on the weekend. And angels come in the form of pilgrims who have walked hundreds of kilometers. Follow me as I return to the Camino Santiago de Compostela to hop skip and jump across northern Spain only on foot for those sections I missed from blisters or worse...here we go....
